Yes — as soon as your order ships you get a tracking link by email. You can also check the status anytime on our Track My Order page: order number plus your email is enough.

Unworn, unwashed items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. We do not offer direct exchanges: return the item and place a new order for the size or color you want. Yes. EU customers have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal in addition to our standard return policy.

Use the return address on your return confirmation — never the registered office address. Contact us first to start the process.

Contact us as fast as possible with your order number. Before it enters production we can usually adjust or cancel it.

All pieces are unisex. Hoodies run small, so we recommend ordering one size up. For every other piece, check the size chart on its product page, especially if you wear it over work gear.

Wash inside out, cold, and avoid tumble drying on high heat to keep prints sharp.

Both are fixed-price 3-piece kits. The Sign On Set is a hoodie, a T-shirt and a cap. The Sailor Set is a hoodie, a T-shirt and an iPhone case with your flag.

No. The set price already contains the saving compared with buying the pieces separately, so discount codes cannot be added on top.
