EU Right of Withdrawal

Applies to consumers (private individuals) resident in the European Union. Other markets keep our standard return policy. Drafted to meet EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU as amended by Directive (EU) 2023/2673.

Your right of withdrawal

As an EU consumer you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

• The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party you name, other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the last item of your order.
• If the 14th day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the deadline is extended to the next working day.
• You may also cancel your order at any time before it is fulfilled (shipped).

To exercise the right of withdrawal you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You can:

1. Use the "Withdraw from contract" link on your order status page or in your account (fastest), or
2. Email us at crew@7short1long.com with your name, order number and a statement that you withdraw, or
3. Use the model withdrawal form below.

We will send you a confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium (email) without undue delay.

Effects of withdrawal

• We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal.
• We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied proof of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.
• We will use the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction.
• You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal.
• You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
• You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exceptions (no right of withdrawal)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to, among others: goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised; sealed goods unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons; goods that become inseparably mixed after delivery.
