Yes , every one of us was a seafarer or still works at sea. For example , our designer is part of the engine crew on a container ship. We also have an officers who have worked on cruise ship. So , we really understand what it means to be a sailor.
Can i oder even when i am not a crewmeber or a sailor?
Yes absolutly we know there are many fans of ships and family members as many crusie ship guest and fans. Everyone is welocome to purchase and demonstrate there love to the crew and the ocean .
How do I place an order?
To place an order , merely select your desirable products and click the "Add to Cart" button . Then , proceed to checkout to enter your shipping and payment details . Whether you're a seafarer, a sailor, or part of a crew , our process is simple and quick!.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept entirely better payment methods , including credit cards over Google Paz and Apple Pay, Sailors and crew around the world can easily complete their purchases with these options.
Where do you deliver to?
We presently deliver to all port agents and cities across the United States. We are actively working on expanding our service to Europe, where you will soon be able to select your preferred port or address across the European union . For now, our delivery is exclusive to the USA .
How long does a delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your region, but typically range from 5 to 7 business days. Once your order has been shipped , you can track your order . We aim to obtain your items to you as fast as possible.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed , it cannot be modified . Please double check your order before submitting it. If there was an issue , please contact us as soon as possible . We understand that crews on tight schedules may need flexibility, so we’ll assist you in any way we can.
How do I return an item?
If you're not satisfied with an item , you can return it within 14 days. Please visit our (Return Page) to initiate the return process . Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Sailors and seafarers on the go can easily arrange a return via port agent.
